The Downers Grove Public Library offers a number of great online databases. They have over 60 different databases available for you to use with your DGPL card number. If you don't have a library card number you can get a library card number from Mr. Berger in the LRC. Check your assignment notebook, the code is most likely in there!

Do you love to use Google for research? Well guess what, Google has created their own free online database. You can use Google Scholar as a great way to find published books, articles, and journals. This is a great place to start finding information for your research project.

U.S. Department of Education database of education-related literature, including journal articles, conferences, government documents, reports, books, and bibliographies.

SCIRUS

Search the Web for journal content, scientists' homepages, courseware, pre-print server material, patents, and institutional repository and website information.
